OMG! CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT SOME UNEMPLOYED YOUTH IN KADUNA DO FOR A LIVING?

     Some unemployed Youth in Kaduna State North Western Nigeria have device means of livelihood following increasing rate of unemployment in their areas. Youth search for scraps to sell [Photos]

        As at 2010, Kaduna State unemployment rate was put at 12.4 percent by authorities. Experts said unemployment rate in Nigeria is on the increase despite efforts of government at all level to stem it.

be ranked third highest in Nigeria after Kano and Lagos, many of the youth in the city are not employed as a result of the closure of textile industries in the state.
  
      "Well, this is what we do for a living. I come here every morning to look for scraps. We have a market where we sell them," Sagir Sale said.

      Umar Mando is another youth in the area who said that the irons they get in the slums are sold at a market called 'Panteka.'
     
      There was a report which claimed that as at first quarter of 2015, Nigeria had about 7.5 percent unemployment rate according to the Nationa Bureau of Statistic.
