See Unimaginable Strange Practises In Ondo State Even Up Till This Present Time.

Back then on February 3rd, 1976, Ondo State was created from the former Western State. It originally included what is now Ekiti State, which was split off later in 1996.
Akure happens to be the state capital. Just like every other Nigerian state with its capital, Ondo people have their unique culture and ‘strange’ practices which many might not have heard of before, like ever.

So, to get you in touch and in the know about the strange practices in the state so as to make you more familiar with the state, ELVISUPDATE presents to you these strange and unimaginable things that happen in the state which para-venture do not happens else where in Nigeria....
1.   There is a festival in Ondo known as the ‘Iwo’. A stranger is not allowed to go out and see it because if a stranger comes across the...
participants (like the priests) of the festival, the tongue of the stranger is said to grow abnormally up to his knees and this could lead to death unless again atonement is made.
2.    In Ondo state, if someone commits inc*st with a relative whether knowingly or unknowingly, evil things will start happening to them, until atonement is made.
3.    Some farmer place charms on farm produce. When someone goes to take from it without the consent of the owner, a strange growth would erupt on the side of the person’s face and will continue growing until atonement is done.
4.    In Ondo state, there is what is called ‘Atagba’. It is a diabolic means of hurting people who had offended the sender with strange illnesses that could lead to sudden death except atonement is made. Before now, ‘Atagba’ was a means of sending messages, information or greetings to people far away until it was corrupted and now being used to strike offenders.

So, if probably you are even from Ondo State, in Nigeria, and you don't seems to know these strange things happening in your state, now, you've been informed and you know better henceforth.
