The German Football Federation has interrogated Nigerian-Born Footballer ''Leon Balogun'' and are ready to carry out further investigation on the player's wrong behavior on the pitch during a match at the weekend when his team FSV Mainz hosted Eintracht Frankfurts in German Bundesliga League.

During the league match between both teams, it was learnt that...
Leon Balogun hit an opponent known to be ''Carlos Zambrano'' in the stomach with his kneel in the 89th minute of the Sunday's showdown between the two clubs. Although, the referee 'Felix Zwayer' who was in-charged of the match had claimed not to see what happened between both players during the match but it was right in front of the Television Cameras who reported the clips to the German Football Federation.

It was interpreted that Leon Balogun had intentionally carried out such a misconduct on the pitch during the match.  The German Football Federation Disciplinary Group has interrogated the Nigerian-Born Player and having made his statement, a final verdict will be given after a critical analysis of the incident and having considered the evidence as well as Balogun's statement.
I hope all things go well as regards to this incident and the Nigerian-Born player is given a fair judgement even if he's found guilty at the end of the day.
