The current President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama has come to disclosed that Countries belonging to African Union {AU} as well as citizens from
Nigeria must apply for visas before they would be allowed
entry into Ghana.
The President made it clear that...
visas will be issued at the entry point and would attract an option of thirty days of stay in the country.
President John Dramani said, “With effect from July this year, we would be allowing citizens of Africa Union{AU}
Member States to enter our country and obtain visas on arrival with the
option to stay for up to thirty days and experience what our country has
to offer.”
He affirmed that the policy would take effect comes July this year.
Oh my goodness! I can't believe my eyes. Obtaining visas before entering into Ghana from Nigeria?
Lets wait and see if truly the policy will take effect at the stated time and if it will actually work out.
