The Code of Conduct Tribunal has adjourned the corruption trial of Senate President Bukola Saraki to, on the 18th of Aprilm 2016 when the generator supplying power suddenly stop working yesterday during trial at the tribunal.
The prosecution and defence counsel seeked
for an adjournment of the case since there was no other source of power supply and lack of availability of fuel due to its present scarcity in the country at the moment. So, the adjournment was considered by the sitting judge, Justice Danladi Umar.
