SEE TROUBLE--TOMPOLO GOT HIMSELF ARRESTED FOR NOT APPEARING IN COURT.

The Ex-militant was commanded by the Court to appear before today to answer a 40-count of alleged N13bn fraud leveled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

       Meanwhile, those who were also...
accused alongside with him, including a former Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, Patrick Akpobolokemi, were all present in court, only Tompolo had refused to appear.

So, as a result, the Judge then issued a bench warrant on him and ordered the police to produce him in court unfailingly.

Judge Orders Arrest Of Tompolo For Failing To Appear In Court

A Federal High Court judge in Lagos has ordered the immediate arrest of a former Niger Delta militant leader, Chief Government Oweize Ekpemupolo a.k.a. Tompolo.

Frankly speaking, I don't think he can escape this one?
