IF YOU EVER DREAM OF HAVING A BIG BUTT, HERE ARE FIVE SUGGESTED WAYS TO GET IT.

          
         Many ladies out there seriously hope to have big butt, but sometimes they do not know how to go about it. Below are suggested ways to get it done.

  1.       Make sure you eat correctly.
     You should start eating more foods rich in Fat, Protein, Carbohydrates and Vegetables. But you should watch it and be very careful as you eat these foods so that you will not add extra flab around your laps and stomach.

  2.      Engage yourself in a routine Exercise

good and it is the safest and greatest way to build a killer b*tt or to get bigger hips.
      So, start with lying down and raising your heels, repeat this like 20 times or more every day.
      You could also try squatting for same amount of times. If you want a faster result you can do this twice daily.

 3.        Using Butt Pad
      Using butt pad is one of the ways through which ladies can boast of  having a big butt.
      So, you can go to Yaba or any other place where you can purchase b*tt pad. Wear it together with your clothes and no one  will notice except  you tell them.
 
4.        Pills and  Drugs
      You can get some medicines to help with getting a big butt. You can contact your doctor to help you get any of such drugs to use.
     Although, this is not advisable simply because it could result to adverse effects.
